Season of ice on the river and brook. What cold today! I felt very much like NOT taking a swim today. Went out into the cold with Charlie and took pictures of lovely ice and a long walk. Today was a day for fine tuning a poem, feeling positive about it, and wrapping up Play Lab, getting my hair done and buying the Christmas tree and wreaths with my daughters and Wave. So, now the wafts the scent of balsam in the living room and stands waiting to be decorated. Only one court available tonight for pickle, so just our family plays and then we go out locally for dinner. A cold cold night to be out as December settles in and the first day of winter approaches. Certainly felt like winter on the brook this morning. This weekend, I will focus on festivity. Bringing the beauty and light indoors.
