It was fun to wake up in a new place to walk. I stayed overnight in Avon, Ct to be with my aunt and uncle and woke early to have time for a good ramble. Lovely blooming early spring. I found a great trail. I found lovely things to view and capture. I visited my aunt, gave her a pedicure, and we drove to see my uncle who was doing well today. Eating, cheerful, happy to see us. I gave him a shave with his electric razor and he looked even better. I dropped of my aunt and headed home to greet Wave and watch him this evening instead of pickle which I very much enjoyed. Went into the pool and we ate dinner at the club, just him and me. Sweet times. Woke to a poem acceptance for a journal I admire. A short poem inspired by my Ukrainian support group. No time to write today, but hope to generate something new tomorrow.
