#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream
A broken night of sleep, for both me and Frank. Him, for early travel. Me, for travel too––needing to get into the online queue for our summer ferry reservations to Martha’s Vineyard. Couldn’t sleep, unsure how the system would work. Awake from 3:30 on, thinking being early would be good. But discovered I couldn’t possibly get into queue until 8. So, I took my early swim, and my walk in the wetlands, and made it back to the queue in plenty of time to score what I needed to score in time for my 10:00 a.m. critique group. Yay! So, I had two great groups: critique and then my Israeli therapy support group. Let an expressive writing/art exploration on dealing with unsolvable questions. Very moving. Then chatted with my dear friend/co-facilitator after for a half hour, and that was special too. Fell into a delicious nap in a very quiet house with Wave gone and Frank traveling and it was blissful to be able to relax. Easy dinner, just cooked for me and ate with my Valentine who chewed peanuts from Dallas over the phone. Everyone was quite grateful that I scored the ferry tickets, and that was nice. My efforts appreciated. I found some Valentines in the wetlands and they were blue.
