Home late from an evening in the city watching a friend’s band play, so I am writing yesterday’s blog in the early hours of today. And I am cold. Chilled from the evening out, which was fun. But, wow, these temperatures. It’s 13 degrees right now. My swim was great this morning and then a short walk in the wetlands, and I made it all the way to the tent, looked inside, and all is well! I made it to the tent by boot skating over the ice. Poor Charlie didn’t like being on the ice with his paws. My son, daughter and her boyfriend went to Natick because there was supposed to be a reproductive rights gathering. But we never found anyone. Perhaps we were late, or perhaps everyone who came left early. But we tried! It is good to be home, good to be warming up. Now to sleep!
