Wisely, I woke early and rode with Frank over the bridge from Charleston to Sullivan’s Island where I walked for five miles along the beach in the rising sun, a mild wind, on the hard sand. I thought about a dream I had last night, another really positive dream that I wrote out as soon as I woke. We spent the day sightseeing and going to sweet meals at restaurants. Tonight, our last dinner together; emotional and loving, full of gratitude. Tonight, quite sleepy, we turn in early. Plans for an early awakening, another splendid beach walk?
