Farm Pond

Ahhhhh, the return of the sun. Bright morning. Yes, I was called out into the yard early. Wet grass, damp and fresh, warming. Charlie was invited on a doggie play date, so I changed my plan and rode my bike to Farm Pond where I parked my bike on the beach, then took a long walk while talking to my client. Came back to the pond and dove in. Took my lovely swim, a bit achey, but did a half hour. Then rode the bike home. Decided to register for the Dover-Sherborn Sprint Triathlon at the end of the month. Just to see if I end up feeling ready to do it. I can change my mind. i had a busy day and evening. Tonight I feel I very much need a good rest more than anything else. The Queen gone. All day news about this momentous event. Gone!
