#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream
Indoor Geraniums
Indoors this winter my geraniums pulled in last fall have thrived. Blooms all the time. Unbothered by the fire some of them endured. Rescued and put in windows where they can see out and I can see in. I like to walk past their windows when I am in the yard. Now, April, all blooms outdoors breaking loose. What frisky weather today; coldness. Rain and wind, dry and then rain and wind and sun and rain and sun and rain with sun and wind. Rainbows for some of us lucky ones. I got so much done today; a day mostly at my desk. After starting with my walk. And a break at noon to drop something at a friend’s house, and quick swim. First time back in the pool for a few days. Prep for my Charles River Writers tomorrow, and also my newsletter to send tomorrow. Prep and a meeting for my IWWG Free Write Webinar on Friday. Whoosh! Day rushed pleasantly by. Except for the horrible news for Ukraine. Listening to CNN while making dinner. I may have found a way to help in my own small way, in a personal service way, for Ukraine. We shall see as I explore it. My homemade vegetable lasagne pleased the eaters. And I worked all evening, happily, after.
