Morning rain, a bit, and then it stopped. Charlie and I went to the river in the frosty morning. All the snow melted and on the river, most ice is gone. I go to the pool and swim the mile I planned to swim and feel so grateful to start the day with this solid exercise. The best time of this day is time spent chatting with Frank. I can tell he is so happy with the renovation. Nothing is perfect. He spent a couple of hours putting together a wooden file cabinet for my office and it doesn’t fit the spot. So, he will take it to his office. And he wasn’t the least bit frustrated––or, didn’t show it. And went off to his tennis matches and won them. I try to be disciplined with my mood. I have some moments of success.
