Up early, we drive for coffee. No morning walk. The business retreat started early and I wanted to tweak my presentation a bit. As part of Frank’s new project, I facilitated a presentation on photo-inspired writing. The first, the only time I’ve done this in a business environment, and it was really well received. Such an interesting day. So my walk didn’t happen until the late afternoon, and it was sunny and still quite warm; it was pleasant to be out moving after a day sitting. Tonight, dinner with the group, lots of laughter, excellent food. It’s been a very worthwhile trip in a lovely setting. And I’m tired tonight. There’s a gas fireplace flickering in our southwestern style room. Very calming and nice to sleep by.
