Sayulita is a village on Mexico’s Pacific coast backed by the Sierra Madre Occidental mountains.

Awake at 2:00 a.m., out of bed at 3:00, left the airport at 3:45 after an outdoor shower under the stars before daylight. A long travel day; arrival in Mexico and to our resort by 3:00. In the Pacific, warm as a hot tub, by 4:15, romping in the gentle surf with my brother whose son is getting married here, and Frank. Then, a long walk by myself in the almost evening. Lots more to say, but too tired. Grateful to be here. Have I landed? Not quite. But soon, I hope: Body, Mind, Spirit.
