Before the sun, I am up, to enjoy my final sunrise over the sea from the deck of this villa. 

It is day of departure. Tomorrow, we fly home.

Earlier than usual, I take my final cliffside walk in the quiet morning. Only the roosters are active.

At the clearing, with the wide open vista of the riled sea, the whopping waves, I stand on the dry grass being blown like the purple and yellow wildflowers. 

What I know now is that I envisioned this place of my spirit before my body arrived. This high place of peace and beauty found me. Here, I am whole and complete in ways I never imaged I could be. 

Oh! The woman I have become!

I like the surprise of myself coming true.
