There is something immensely cheerful about a pumpkin blossom in the garden. The green and deep yellow. Looking at plants can definitely effect mood. I saw with this blossom in my eyes all day. My sweet garden at the side of the house is disrupted. I’m okay with it. Frank did what he promised: bull dozed some bracken and had the three pieces of wooden fence set up and I began the plant transfers. Probably worked too hard with my back digging and moving rocks. Wave helped with the watering. And everything got quite wet. It was sunny. My new garden will have morning shade, afternoon sun. I may lose some plants. We’ll see. Frank knows I will be buying more it’s a bigger space. I had a quick early dinner because I ran a play lab at 6-9 online. Wow, Great scripts, and I felt sooooo extra grateful for my actors who came: Elly, Lida, Franci, Chuck, Jamila, Shannon, (she comes all the way from South Africa!). Yes, I was tired by the end, but also quite satisfied and the writers were as well. I will go off to sleep with pumpkin eyes.
