In Sedona, spectacular hike. Up early to have the day. Walked up to get coffee under starlight. Frank and I watched the sun come up and the rocks lit by daylight. He went to a meeting, I went for a hike. Pretty spectacular scenery. A lovely morning. Lots of relaxation here. I had tumeric in my salad for lunch and discovered I am allergic, as I am to peppers, as well. So I was felled by stomach upset for the rest of the day. Frank a good sport and took good care of me. I know I will feel great in the morning and I am looking foward to another hike!
