After swim, there was a quick walk in the rain to the river where raindrops clung to branches overhanging the river. A nice start to the day after not sleeping well. Group this morning, group tonight, a busy day and the sleepiness hangs in the air. But I am glad to be with my groups. Before Frank leaves this morning, which seems so long ago now, we chat. I ask him for feedback about a project, and he gives me gold. He is fresh-minded and so energetic and creative early in the morning. His insights nourish my writing and the heart of my day like the light held in the raindrop under the grey sky over the river.
