Today the current went from low to higher. Pointing up. My mood lifting throughout the day, in the early afternoon. I did have a great swim this morning. A short walk with Charlie. And a meeting with the Ukrainian group, we only meet once per month now, for “coffee and chat.” It was very special to be there. And then I picked up my grandson up from school and he slept all the way home. Still getting over his cold. My daughter and I had a heart to heart which also cleared by spirit. December is like this for me, especially the early part. Tonight, I made a dinner that was quick and easy and everyone liked it well enough. Then my free writing webinar, a very good turnout and it was very special. I gave a prompt around the them of light and darkness, relating to the solstice. Gosh, some remarkable writing was shared. And the day ended with “yoga'“ and dinosaurs and a popcorn party––delicious combination.
