#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream

My first walk back here at Camelback this morning. Awake since 5:00, I do some writing, walk at 7:30 when it is light and the traffic and the birds and the businesses waking up. It’s cold, I am in layers, which, over the two walk I gradually take off. The sun grows hot in the clear blue sky. By the end of the day today, with two walks in the residential streets around Camelback, I have walked 9 miles. Which feels terrific after such a sedentary day in the car yesterday. We have our all day retreat, and dinner with everyone tonight. Lots of laughter around the table tonight. I am quite tired. I’m glad to be here, working with Frank.
