Not enough sleep, so, I'm unusually tired in the woods, despite the liveliness of all the wings and blooms and feathers. Tired, but steady and disciplined. Before I walked I sat stiffening my legs having some breakthroughs on my essay, inspired by the comments I received last night in my group. I was so glad I brought the new beginning. So, this morning I felt stimulated, excited, focused: I know what I'm doing. I'm not there yet. I just have to keep trusting the process and keep putting my butt in the seat, writing, writing writing, just as I keep walking, walking, walking, even on days when I'm tired.
