#NewThisPage Writing From My Photo Stream
The river is high. The trails are puddled. Unusual for September. My day is framed by morning workshop and afternoon workshop and taxes in between. A bike ride to the store and back in the lovely warm sun. After my Play Lab I drove to Newton to go to a book release for my friend, Martin Lowenthal, who has just published another book: Avatars of Wisdom Love and Service. It’s a sweet time to be with friends on a weeknight. I’m glad to go in person. Frank home, a short trip. My grandson complains of feeling cold in the mornings. I light the fireplace for him for the first time in months. By mid-day, I have all the doors open to the lovely late summer warmth. Leaving Marty and Karen’s house tonight to go to my car I smell Halloween coming, the damp cool evening. I must check on my pumpkin patch tomorrow.
