Such a sweet day and a bittersweet day, a lovely day of sun, fun, family, friends, fishing. I walked with my friend Liz, our long walk along the shore and swim before saying goodbye - her departure back to San Francisco. And I got my weekly prompt sent out and caught up on a few things and then my nephew and niece drove over to Chappy and we went out to the beach in the Bronco, set up chairs, and my nephew handed my daughter Franci one of his rods and she caught a fish that my nephew filleted for sashimi for dinner! Quite a lucky catch. She had never caught a fish before. We all drove off Chappy to my brother’s house for dinner, another special night. I have a poem for tomorrow workshop and must send it off tonight.
