#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream

The expectant fathers

All the sunshine vanished and some drops feel lightly on my head as I walked to the river and the brook where the mallards gathered: the expectant fathers having their morning hang. I swam a great swim. Ran my craft group––great writing and comments. Facilitated by Israeli Support group - just wow. We had a very powerful experience today. So grateful to get to facilitate this with my dear friend, my creative and dynamic friend. Because of our connection, our years of collaborating, we are facilitating something very impactful. For them, and for us. Afternoon, ran an errand to get my lost car key replaced with my daughter and talk over her creative project and practice and all sorts of catching up, and I got my key replaced and it only cost me $370.00. Yes, my car key. That’s what I had to pay for my key. Now that I have my new key, I trust the lost one will appear. I will find it in the yard in the leaf scraps or the garden soil. Ouch. Anyway, I had a very rich day, and so grateful for the time with my daughter on the key errand. And the rain came down hard all day. And my uncle, my sister says, had a lovely visit with her and my aunt! I return to see them tomorrow. Tonight, the ground is wet, the plants are watered. My daughter said she found two earthworms crawling up the new compost bin to get inside.
