Charlie and I are eager for a long walk. And we go. Tree limbs down on the trails. Mess from last night’s storm. I wade through a lot of overflowing water. It’s fun. And Charlie takes a good long swim in the river. I have clients and then a free afternoon and Frank arrives home. We have cleared the decks for the story performance, but that gets rescheduled due to some of the guests not being able to come. Frank cheerfully agrees to go for a swim at Farm Pond with me and I get in a good swim round the island. At home, we have fun water play in the yard with Wave and one of his friends and some guest dogs too. So nice to have Frank home. He and I have a date, go out to dinner, have time to catch up. And we have our screened in porch, reconstructed, to enjoy. So much sun and happiness of July and the tomatoes are coming and coming.
