#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream

Seattle Airport

Flight home, easy, stressless, pleasant. Home to Boston and daylight savings. Up at 4:30 a.m., Pacific time. I am home, in bed, still wide awake. No swim today, of course, flew all day, and the walk I took was a mile in the Seattle airport and a mile at Logan. Happily home to a full house. Both daughters, the special one, and my daughter’s boyfriend, the couple home from their trip abroad just hours before me. Fun, relaxing dinner time of everyone storytelling about travels. I felt so cheerful and relaxed today. Happy to have gone to AWP, and happy to be home. And the light changes tomorrow, and the days will feel longer and the evening longer. I got a lot of work done on the flight. Read “Make Way for Ducklings,” at bedtime to the special one and he says, yes, he would like to go to the river in the morning and see the ducks and look for Pack, Quack, Jack, Kack, Mack, Lack, Nack and Ouak. Charlie will be happy to go with us too.
