#NewThisDay Writing From My Photo Stream
Rising earlier these days and I like it, the early start seems to lengthen the day and I feel that I get so much more done. Plenty of time at my desk, not writing, but submitting and following up with people, planning courses and preparing for the Charles River Writers tomorrow. What a chilly day. I like to run in this chill. I get heated but the cold air cools me and gives me energy. Ran six miles. Tonight I attended a Zoom poetry reading hosted by a wonderful organization, the EcoTheo Collective, and exceptional readings by Carolyn Forche and Valzhyna Mort. The moon is beaming into fulness, flooding the yard with light. This afternoon it rose in a pale blue sky, white and glowing as a drove home before dusk from picking up the special one. I sang him a spontaneous song about the moon in the sky all the way home and he happily listened.
